1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CheapO Market's services through our Discord server or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Digital Goods

CheapO Market provides digital goods and services including but not limited to Discord Nitro, Server Boosts, GTA Modded Services, and other virtual items. All products are delivered digitally via our Discord server.

  • You are responsible for providing correct account information or server invites where necessary.
  • Once a digital product has been successfully delivered/claimed, the transaction is considered complete.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely. Due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is strict:

  • Refunds are granted ONLY if we are unable to deliver the purchased product.
  • No refunds will be given for buyer's remorse or accidental purchases once delivery has started.
  • Any attempt to chargeback or dispute a payment after successful delivery will result in an immediate ban from our services and blacklist across partner networks.

4. Service Guarantees

We guarantee the quality of our products at the time of delivery. Specifically for Server Boosts, we offer a replacement warranty if they drop before the purchased duration (e.g., 1 month or 3 months). You must open a ticket in our Discord server to claim a warranty replacement.

CheapO Market is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Discord Inc. or Rockstar Games. "Discord", "Nitro", and the Discord logo are registered trademarks of Discord Inc. "GTA", "Grand Theft Auto", and "Rockstar Games" are registered trademarks of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. Use of our services is at your own discretion. We are not responsible for any actions taken against your account by third parties as a result of using modified services, though we take all precautions to ensure safety.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
